Hello! We’re Joey and Jake Cougan, the proud owners of Circle City Softwash. We would like to introduce ourselves and share a bit about who we are.

We are brothers that were born and raised on the Eastside of Indianapolis, we attended St. Philip Neri Grade School and Scecina Memorial High School. Service runs deep in our family, with ties to both the military and firefighting communities. Joey dedicated 20 years to the United States Air Force Reserve, completing two active tours overseas, and currently, we both serve as firefighters on the Westside of Indianapolis.

Family and community mean everything to us. As husbands and fathers, we’ve always wanted to create something meaningful that would benefit both. At Circle City Softwash, our goal is to bring that same dedication and commitment to serving our community through top-quality soft washing and window cleaning services.
